As we at Bristol Rapid Solutions host and maintain this web site you may say we are biased to say everything is perfect.
I can understand you feeling sceptical about anything we may say, but please read on.
We have been regular customers since the days when the business was small with one small take-away in Easton. Even then it was voted "Best Curry in Bristol" and things have moved on since then.
You say - "yes, we have all been for a curry at the local Indian Restaurant" - or maybe you have enjoyed Tai food at one of the very nice Tai Restaurants in Bristol. OK - I've done all that as well, but this is something else - this is Kathmandu - curries from Nepal.
When you visit the restaurant I suggest you try one of the Nepalese dishes. While all the meals are mouth-wateringly delicious, I find that the top curries are the Nepalese ones.
There we are in the picture, (at least three of us anyway) tucking into the most delicious curry you could imagine. So what did I have?
I (that's me - Patrick - in the middle, holding up a class of Khukuri - a Nepalese lager) started with the Wo - this is a meat dish with a blend of fresh spices, not hot but it got my juices flowing ready for the main course. This course is only available in the restaurant, so if you are planning a take-away or delivery then you will miss out.
For the next course I chose one of the Nepalese dishes - Chicken Kritipur.
Not a particularly hot dish, I like curry full of flavour not full of chilli. This was unlike most Indian curries - it left me lost for words; when you go to the restaurant you must try this one.
You can tell Ash (the owner of the restaurant) that Patrick of "the internet people" as he calls us, recommended it.
As I am writing this review, I am thinking perhaps I should phone for a take-away.
Patrick.
PS David (left) and Ray (right) are looking happy, they also enjoyed their meal.
PPS I have just phoned.
