Kathmandu Restaurant was host to the Infosys company dinner on Sunday 1st October 2006, celebrating their Silver Jubilee - 25 years of company succcess!

The Organisers booked the restaurant for the evening, with a 3 course buffet meal of Nepalese and Indian cuisine. Kathmandu also provided music and the DJ.

                
The starters included Vegetable Samosa, Vegetable Pokara and Rashmi Kebabs.
The main dishes included Vegetable Jalfrizi, Sag Paneer, Allo Tarkari, and Chicken Tikka Masalla, with pilau rice, cut vegetables, yoghurt and a lethally hot lime pickle! Kathmandu's excellent naan bread was also on the menu.

Finally there were three flavours of ice-cream to round off the meal. All provided with music, dancing, and a full licensed bar.
